No. 50) filed by Plaintiffs Sean Mooney and Jonathan Bonnette (together, the "Plaintiffs") and Defendant Ashford, Inc ("Defendant"). Having carefully considered the same, the Court GRANTS the Motion. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that the Texas Bar Foundation is designated as the cy pres recipient for this case, and the funds remaining in the Settlement Fund ($6,930.16) shall be distributed to The Texas Bar Foundation.
