A discovery hearing is scheduled for November 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. (Central) by Webex. Given the number of litigants and attorneys involved in this case, the court is not inclined to reschedule this hearing unless an unopposed motion is timely filed. A conference link will be emailed to the addresses noted in the status report before the hearing. Members of the public may appear in courtroom 1019 if they wish to observe the discovery hearing.
