District Judge Angel Kelley: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. The Court ADOPTS the parties' [Dkt. 13] Joint Proposed Scheduling Order and sets the following deadlines: Initial disclosures required by October 14, 2026.Amendments to pleadings due no later than November 13, 2026.Fact discovery - final deadline: March 19, 2027.Expert discovery due by June 1, 2027.Dispositive motions, if any, due by July 1, 2027.Oppositions due within 21 days of service of motion.Reply due within 14 days of service of the opposition. All other relevant deadlines are in Dkt. 13. The Parties are directed to confer and submit a joint status report by December 18, 2026. The status report shall state: (1) the progress of fact discovery, specifically the status of written discovery, the number of depositions anticipated, noticed, and completed, and any anticipated discovery disputes; (2) whether the Parties expect to meet the deadlines in the Courts Scheduling Order and, if not, why, and (3) the status of the parties private mediation efforts and, as relevant, whether the parties would like to be referred to Alternative Dispute Resolution. NOTICE OF HEARING: Scheduling Conference previously set for 8/24/2026 is CANCELLED. Status Conference set for 3/29/2027 02:30 PM in Courtroom 8 (In person only) before District Judge Angel Kelley.
