Order on Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis
ORDER granting 2 : On June 22, 2026, Plaintiff Trevor Walters, proceeding pro se, filed this action against Defendant Balfour Beatty, his former employer. (Compl., ECF No. 1.) On the same date, Plaintiff filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP"). (ECF No. 2.) Plaintiff's IFP application is granted. See attached.
The Clerk of Court is directed to issue a summons against Balfour Beatty. The United States Marshals Service is directed to serve the summons, complaint, and this Order upon the Defendant without prepayment of fees. The Clerk of Court is requested to mail a copy of this Order to pro se Plaintiff and note the mailing on the docket. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry on 07/24/2026. (DAC)
