THE FOLLOWING RULINGS WERE MADE:
Following discussion with counsel during the Initial Conference and the parties' representation that they are engaged in productive settlement negotiations, all discovery is hereby held in abeyance pending the outcome of the parties' ongoing negotiations. As a result, a scheduling order was not entered at this time.
The parties are directed to file a joint Status Report on or before September 14, 2026, advising the Court of the status of the settlement or if the matter has not settled. If the matter is not reported as settled at that time, the parties shall also file, concurrently with the Status Report, a proposed discovery schedule.
In addition, defendant Banc of California's time to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint is extended, with consent of Plaintiff, to and including September 14, 2026.
