MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of 160 the parties' Joint Status Report, and the entire record herein, it is hereby ORDERED that plaintiffs shall file their opening brief, not to exceed fifteen pages, by not later than September 8, 2026; defendants shall file their opposition, not to exceed twenty pages, by not later than September 18, 2026; and plaintiffs shall file their reply, not to exceed seven pages, by not later than September 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET; it is further ORDERED that defendants may, if necessary, raise any individual contentions they have within their twenty-page opposition; and it is further ORDERED that the deadline for the parties' submission of the Rule 26(f) report is continued until after the September 23, 2026 Case Management Conference.
