ORDER ON STIPULATION AND PROPOSED SCHEDULING ORDER 15 by Judge Serena R. Murillo. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS as follows:1. Within fourteen (14) days of entry of an order appointing lead plaintiff and approving of lead plaintiffs selection of lead counsel, the Court-approved lead counsel and counsel for Defendants shall confer and submit a proposed schedule for filing an amended or consolidated complaint, or designating an operative complaint, and Defendants' response thereto. Defendants shall have no obligation to move, answer, or otherwise respond to any complaint, including the Initial Complaint, until the date ordered by the Court after it receives the proposed schedule. 2. The Parties make this agreement without waiving any rights or defenses, other than to the sufficiency of service of the Initial Complaint and case initiating documents. (lom)
