Docket Text ORDER: On October 5, 2026, counsel for Plaintiff State of Kansas James Rodriguez moved for pro hac vice admission to this Court. Doc. 110. But Rodriguez was admitted in this District as a government attorney on December 1, 2025. Because Rodriguez's motion for pro hac vice admission is unnecessary, the Court directs the Clerk of Court to strike the 110 motion and to issue a refund to Rodriguez.
