TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendant BRP US Inc.'s ("BRP") correspondence (ECF No. 10 ) asking the Court to set a briefing schedule for its pending Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 6 ) which was administratively terminated pending settlement discussions (ECF No. 9 ) before it was fully briefed. The Court hereby sets the following briefing schedule for the Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 6 ): Plaintiffs Michael Resciniti and Joseph Resciniti's opposition is due September 17, 2026, and BRP's reply is due September 28, 2026. After the motion is fully briefed, BRP shall separately e-file correspondence asking this Court to reinstate the Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 6 ). So Ordered by Judge Michael A. Shipp on 8/26/2026.
