AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER granting 48 Motion to Amend/Correct: On July 23, 2026, the Parties filed a letter informing the Court that the Scheduling Order entered at ECF No. 47 contained deadlines not reflecting discussions on the record. Accordingly, the Courts Order at ECF No. 47 is amended as follows:The parties have agreed that Caesarstone will in good faith endeavor to provide the available discovery in bi-monthly tranches on August 10, 2026; October 12, 2026; and December 14, 2026. The remaining fact and expert discovery schedule will be held in abeyance pending further discussion with the Court.In lieu of scheduling a case management conference, the Court requests a status letter update by October 20, 2026.The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion at ECF No. 48.
