Before the Court is Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion for Earl Nesbitt to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff (Doc. No. 64). Having carefully considered the Motion, the Court finds attorney Earl Nesbitt should be permitted to withdraw and, therefore, GRANTS the Motion. Earl Stroud Nesbitt is hereby withdrawn as counsel for Plaintiffs. The Clerk is DIRECTED to terminate all electronic notifications to Earl Stroud Nesbitt in this matter.
