That Casino Queen, Inc. merged with Bally's and its ownership may trace up to LLCs and entities of Rhode Island and New York does not affect the citizenship of the corporate defendant, Casino Queen, Inc. The complaint fails to allege complete diversity of citizenship. Plaintiff must show cause why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction.
