Order on Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis
ORAL ORDER granting in part and denying in part 1 motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court finds that Plaintiff is able to pay 50% of the filing fee. Plaintiff has until September 3, 2026, within which to pay the filing fee. If the filing fee are not filed by the deadline the matter will be transferred to a district judge for further disposition. Upon payment of the filing fee the Clerk's office is directed to electronically file Plaintiff's Complaint as of the date of filing the motion to proceed in forma pauperis and shall forward appropriate process forms to Plaintiff. Within fifteen days, Plaintiff shall return the completed summons and service forms to the Clerk's office showing the address where Defendant may be served. The Clerk of the Court is directed to issue summons and process and deliver the same to the United States Marshal for service upon the Defendant.Signed on August 3, 2026 by Magistrate Judge Lajuana M.
