ORDER: Before the Court is Defendants' Unopposed Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Stay Proceedings Pending Arbitration ("Motion") [ECF No. 6 ]. Having considered the Motion, the Court finds that an agreement, including an arbitration provision, exists between the parties and GRANTS the Motion. Accordingly, this case is ABATED and ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending resolution of the arbitration. See 9 U.S.C. § 3. It is ORDERED that within 30 days of the conclusion of the arbitration, the parties are to file an appropriate motion to either dismiss the case or reopen it for further proceedings.
