TEXT ORDER denying CRC's renewed motion for an initial pretrial conference, Docket Entry 105 . The Court denied the plaintiff's original motion therefor because "[t]he evidence CRC requires is historical and policy-related evidence, which is not the sort of evidence likely to become less available with time" and because "a final ruling on Defendants' motions to dismiss would be appropriate before beginning discovery."
