PAPERLESS ORDER DISCHARGING ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Defendants' Response to Plaintiff's Statement of Claim. See ECF No. 43 . On August 5, 2026, the Court ordered Defendants to either file their Response to Plaintiff's Statement of Claim required by the District Court's April 23, 2026 Settlement Conference Referral Order (the "Settlement Conference Referral Order"), ECF No. 3 , or show cause why sanctions should not be entered for their failure to comply. See ECF No. 36 at 2. On August 11, 2026, the Court entered another Order directing Defendants, on or before August 14, 2026, to either file the required Response or show cause in writing as to why sanctions should not be entered for their continued failure to comply with the Court's Orders. See ECF No. 42 .On August 11, 2026, Defendants filed their Response to Plaintiff's Statement of Claim, which complies with the Settlement Conference Referral Order and the Court's Orders to Show Cause. See ECF No. 43 . Accordingly, Defendants have now complied with the directive that was the subject of the Orders to Show Cause. Therefore, the Court DISCHARGES the August 5, 2026 Order to Show Cause, ECF No. 36 , and the August 11, 2026 Order to Show Cause, ECF No. 42 .
