ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE : Accordingly, plaintiff is hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE (1) why this action should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, and (2) why, if subject-matter jurisdiction were found to exist, Computershare Trust Company of Canada; Computershare Trust Company, N.A.; and Haventree Bank should not be dismissed from this action for lack of personal jurisdiction. Such showing shall be made by means of a memorandum of law and, for any factual claims made, a sworn statement. These materials shall be filed on or before July 30, 2026. Any factual claims in the memorandum of law must be followed by a citation to the sworn statement or other evidence competent to prove the claim.
