ORDER staying the case. The plaintiff may file a second amended complaint, if warranted, by September 18, 2026. The deadline to serve process is 30 days from the filing of the second amended complaint. The plaintiff must tender the $25,000 interpleader funds for deposit into the court's registry by October 2, 2026. Upon receipt of the funds, the clerk is directed to deposit the funds into an interest bearing account. The court will conduct another status conference by telephone on October 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The parties must call (855) 244-8681 at least five minutes before the conference.
