ORDER terminating 22 Letter Motion for Leave to File Document. The Court has received Defendants' pre-motion letter regarding an anticipated motion to dismiss or stay (Dkt. #22), as well as Plaintiffs' above response (Dkt. #23). The Court wishes to hold a conference in advance of Defendants' motion. Accordingly, the initial pretrial conference currently scheduled for July 21, 2026, is hereby CONVERTED into a pre-motion conference. As before, the conference will take place telephonically.
