ENDORSED ORDER granting 66 Defendants' motion to strike pro se Plaintiff's unauthorized reply (65) in support of his request to take judicial notice. Local Rule 3.01(e) does not permit a party to file a reply without leave of court, and the fact that Plaintiff is proceeding pro se does not excuse his noncompliance with this requirement. See Smith v. Webster, 2026 WL 2546677, at *2 (11th Cir. Aug. 28, 2026) ("[P]ro se litigants are still 'subject to the relevant law and rules of court.'") (quoting Moon v. Newsome, 863 F.2d 835, 837 (11th Cir. 1989)). Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is directed to strike Plaintiff's unauthorized reply (65), as well as another unauthorized reply that Plaintiff subsequently filed, see (69). Plaintiff is cautioned that further violations of the Local Rules (as well as the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and court orders) may result in the imposition of sanctions, including the dismissal of his case without further notice. See Moon, 863 F.2d at 837-38; see also Williamson v. TransUnion LLC, 2026 WL 1210224, at *2 (11th Cir. May 4, 2026) (affirming sanctions imposed on pro se plaintiff for, inter alia, "violation[s] of [the Local R]ules and court order[s]").
