ORDER: Pursuant to the Court's order dated July 7, 2026, Crosspoint Church in Crosspoint Church v. Makin, No. 2:23-cv-00146-JAW, responded to the Court's request for guidance concerning implementation of the decision of the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit dated July 2, 2026. The Court appreciates counsels' response, and the Court defers action until such time as the First Circuit Court of Appeals has issued its remand order, restoring jurisdiction to this Court.
