ORDER APPROVING A DISTRIBUTION PLAN FOR THE DANSKE FAIR FUND granting 20 Motion to Approve. The Court, having considered Plaintiff's Motion to Approve a Distribution Plan for the Danske Fair Fund (the "Motion"), the Memorandum of Law in Support, and the proposed Distribution Plan, and for good cause shown, GRANTS the Motion and approves in its entirety the Distribution Plan submitted at ECF No. 20, Ex. 1. The aforementioned Distribution Plan is deemed incorporated into this Order and may not be modified without Court Order. The Distribution Plan shall govern the administration and distribution of the Fair Fund previously established by this Court's Order entered on February 14, 2023.
