FINAL JUDGMENT: It is ORDERED that Khaliq Bryant take nothing, Specialized Loan Servicing LLC ("SLS") take nothing on its claim against Bryant, and SLS be awarded as follows for its breach of contract claim against James M Daugherty: The Court awards SLS breach of contract damages totaling $478,005.51; The Court awards attorney's fees in the amount of $3,450; The Court awards pre-judgment interest at an annual rate of 6%, computed only from June 16, 2026, to the day before the date of this final judgment; and The Court awards post-judgment interest on all amounts awarded herein at the rate of 4.03%. The Court awards additional pre-judgment interest, accruing at a 6% annualized rate, from 6/16/2026, until the day before the Court enters final judgment.
