   ORAL ORDER: The Court having SO ORDERED the Joint Stipulation and [Proposed] Order to Stay (D.I. 734), in which the parties (1) stipulated and agreed that the automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362 applies to DISH Network L.L.C., DISH DBS Corporation, and EchoStar Technologies, L.L.C. (now known as DISH Technologies, L.L.C.; (2) disagree as to whether the automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362 extends to DISH Network Corporation and EchoStar Corporation; and (3) agree that the Bankruptcy Court should be allowed to decide the scope of applicability of the automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362 and whether they extend to DISH Network Corporation and EchoStar Corporation, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall promptly submit to the Bankruptcy Court for decision the issue of whether the automatic stay provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362 extend to DISH Network Corporation and EchoStar Corporation and shall promptly advise this Court of the Bankruptcy Courts resolution of that issue within five (5) days of the issuance of the Bankruptcy Courts decision on that issue.ORDERED by Judge Gregory B.
