Docket Text ORDER: The Court previously granted Plaintiff Coralia C. Boudreaux leave to file a "corrected, consolidated filing in substitution for the July 27, 2026 filing." Doc. 44. In addition to filing corrected exhibits, Boudreaux submitted a Second Motion to Vacate FINRA Arbitration Award that includes arguments not previously raised and significantly exceeds the page limits set forth in Local Rule 4.01(D). See Doc. 45. Accordingly, the Court STRIKES Boudreaux's 45 second motion. While the Court was inclined to accept Boudreaux's first Motion to Vacate FINRA Arbitration Award despite it also exceeding the page limit due to larger-than-usual spacing,SeeDoc. 24, if Boudreaux wishes to amend her motion in any way, the Court will not accept that document if it exceeds the 15-page default under Local Rule 4.01(D) and is unlikely to entertain a request to file a longer memorandum given that she is on notice of that requirement.See, e.g.,Doc. 27 at 3 n.11. Finally, the Court orders Boudreaux to submit a signed copy of her Motion for Leave to File Exhibit 5.1 Under Seal, Doc. 46, no later than October 5, 2026, otherwise the Court will strike the motion for failure to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(a). See E.D. Mo. L.R. 2.11 ("When a document to be electronically filed has been created for the litigation, but is signed by other than an attorney of record, the document must be physically signed.").
