MINUTE entry before the Honorable Karyn L. Bass Ehler: This case has been referred to Magistrate Judge Bass Ehler for discovery supervision and settlement. The parties shall file a joint status report by 9/22/26 that includes the following information: (1) confirmation that the parties exchanged Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures on 2/20/27 as ordered by the District Judge 45 ; (2) a date by which all parties shall serve written discovery; (3) a proposed fact discovery close date; (4) whether the parties anticipate engaging in expert discovery and, if so, dates by which expert disclosures will be made and by which any expert depositions will be concluded; (5) whether any settlement discussions have occurred and, if so, the status of those discussions generally; (6) if settlement discussions have not occurred, what must happen before such discussions can be productive; and (7) anything else about the status of the case or anticipated discovery that the parties believe the Court should know. If the parties differ in their responses to any of these questions, then the status report should so state. In-person status hearing is set for 9/30/26 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1386. Mailed notice.
