Pending before the Court are Plaintiffs' 1 Motion to Expedite, 2 Motion to Compel, 6 Motion to Consolidate, 7 Motion to Correct, and 12 Stipulation Regarding briefing.
Plaintiffs 1 Motion to Expedite and 2 Motion to Compel requests that the Court compel Defendant Meta Platforms, INC. to produce a witness to attend the evidentiary hearings held on 5/13/25 and 5/14/25. Plaintiffs 7 Motion to correct requests leave to amend the caption in the 2 Motion to Compel. Plaintiffs 12 Stipulation Regarding Briefing stipulates to an extension of the deadline for Defendants opposition to the 2 Motion to Compel. The Court DENIES these motions as moot. Northwest Environmental Defense Center v. Gordon, 849 F.2d 1241, 1244 (9th Cir. 1998).
Plaintiffs 6 Motion to Consolidate requests that the Court consolidate the instant action with Bloom, et al. v. Zuffa, LLC, et al., No.: 2:22-cv-00412-RFB-BNW (D. Nev.). The Court finds that the cases involve common questions of law and fact and GRANTS the 6 Motion to Consolidate. Hall v. Hall, 584 U.S. 59, 59 (2018).
