Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
District Judge Margaret R. Guzman: ELECTRONIC ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time, 50 , is GRANTED IN PART. "District courts enjoy broad discretion in managing their docket." Delgado v. Pawtucket Police Dep't, 668 F.3d 42, 50 (1st Cir. 2012); see also United States v. Maldonado, 708 F.3d 38, 42 (1st Cir. 2013). The parties will have an additional 45 days from the date of this Order to complete fact discovery in this case. The Court is not inclined to grant an additional extension of time request for this matter. The parties must file a renewed joint proposed scheduling order for the Court's review within 14 days. (LB)
