ORDER denying 33 MOTION TO APPEAR Pro Hac Vice. In this application, the applicant submits a motion using another attorney's credentials. Applicants must request pro hac vice electronic filing privileges through the PACER website before electronically filing a motion for admission pro hac vice on the court's ECF system. See Local Civ. R. 1.3(j). Counsel are reminded that each attorney must use their own ECF credentials to file documents on the docket, and an attorney may not use the ECF credentials of another attorney to so file. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(d)(3)(C). Accordingly, by 08/25/2026, counsel shall review the applicable Local Civil Rule and shall resubmit his application with certificate(s) of good standing issued within thirty (30) days of application.
