JOINT STIPULATION REGARDING BRIEFING SCHEDULE FOR APPEAL FROM ORDER OVERRULING DEBTORS' OBJECTION TO CMBS CLAIMS AND DENYING REQUEST FOR SUBORDINATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 510(a)-(c) OF THE BANKRUPTCY CODE: Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and its affiliated debtors, in the above referenced chapter 11 cases, as debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the "Debtors") along with Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh ("FHLB") hereby agree and stipulate that all deadlines contained in the scheduling order entered by this Court on November 26, 2014, shall be adjourned by one month in light of the pending mediation between the Debtors and FHLB. Therefore, Debtors' memorandum of law in support of its appeal shall be submitted by February 27, 2015; Appellee's opposition shall be submitted by April 6, 2015; and Debtors' reply shall be submitted by May 4, 2015.
