CLERK'S NOTICE SETTING TELEPHONIC PRE-SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE. Notice is hereby given to all parties that Magistrate Judge Lisa J. Cisneros will convene a telephonic pre-settlement conference to discuss timing and preparation for the settlement conference. Judge Cisneros anticipates that the phone call will last approximately 15-30 minutes. Lead Counsel for all parties shall participate.
