ENDORSED ORDER: The 51 motion to withdraw is denied as moot, given the 52 amended motion to withdraw ("Amended Motion"). The Amended Motion is denied without prejudice. The Amended Motion certifies that Plaintiff has consented to counsel's immediate withdrawal. Doc. 52 at 1. In turn, the Amended Motion attaches an email in which Plaintiff confirms consent for counsel to file a motion to withdraw that "explicitly requests that the Court grant a 30-to-60-day stay or extension of all active deadlines" to transition to new counsel. Doc. 52-1. But the Amended Motion instead represents that "withdrawal will not delay or interfere with any scheduled trial, hearing, deadline, or other proceeding in this matter." Doc. 52 at 2.
