Defendants Unite Here Local 11 ("Local 11") and Board of Trustees of The Santa Monica Unite Here Health Benefit Trust Fund, as Last Amended and Restated Effective May 1, 2015 (the "Trust Fund") separately move to dismiss the amended complaint of Plaintiff Flying Food Group, LLC. (Local 11 Mot., ECF No. 32-1; Trust Fund Mot., ECF No. 34.) Plaintiff filed briefs opposing both motions, (Opp'n to Local 11 Mot., ECF No. 39; Opp'n to Trust Fund Mot., ECF No. 40), and Defendants replied, (Local 11 Reply, ECF No. 41; Trust Fund Reply, ECF No. 42). The Court heard argument on the motions on August 24, 2026 Local 11's request to supplement is granted. The motions to dismiss are granted without leave to amend. The Court directs the Clerk to enter judgment consistent with this opinion and close the case. (lc)
