ORDER re: Following this Court's July 21, 2026 order (ECF No. 50), the Court reviewed an email addressed to the Clerk's Office from counsel explaining the circumstances of Better Way Ford's late filing. After consultation with the Clerk's Office, the Court agrees with counsel that Better Way Ford's filing was timely, and therefore the Court sua sponte VACATES its July 21, 2026 order, leaving the current schedule for responses and replies intact.
