Order on Motion to Amend / Correct / Modify / Supplement Order on Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis
ENDORSED ORDER denying 31 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File a Third Amended Complaint, 32 Application to Proceed in District Court without Prepaying Fees or Costs, and 33 Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint and Response to Shotgun Pleading Order. On June 25, 2026, Judge John Badalamenti dismissed the complaint without prejudice as a shotgun pleading, declined to permit further amendment, and directed the Clerk to enter judgment. Accordingly, because this case is closed and there is no complaint pending, plaintiff's requests for leave to amend 31 and 33 are denied. Plaintiff's request at 32 is denied as moot. Plaintiff is advised that this case is closed. No further motions or other filings seeking relief in this Court should be filed. Signed by Magistrate Judge Amanda A. Sansone on 7/29/2026. (TEG).
