(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: On September 10, 2026, Defendants Gerdau Ameristeel US Inc. and Gerdau Benefits Plan Administrative Committee ("Gerdau Defendants") filed a Stipulation to Further Extend Time to Respond to the Complaint ("Stipulation"). (Dkt. 17 ). As the Gerdau Defendants did not file the Stipulation at least 5 business days prior to their deadline to respond to the Complaint, the Stipulation is untimely. Dkt. 10 at 18.
