STIPULATION AND ORDER: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, subject to the approval of the Court, as follows: 1. Lead Plaintiffs shall file their amended complaint on or before October 22, 2026. 2. The deadline for all defendants to answer, move, or otherwise respond to the amended complaint shall be December 17, 2026, provided that any person named as an additional defendant in the amended complaint shall not be bound by this deadline. 3. If the defendants respond to the amended complaint with a motion pursuant to Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Lead Plaintiffs shall file any papers in opposition to that motion to dismiss by February 11, 2027, and the defendants shall file any reply papers in further support of the motion by March 15, 2027.
