District Judge Angel Kelley: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. The Court has reviewed the parties’ Joint Response [Dkt. 115] concerning the request to seal certain exhibits. In the Joint Response, Defendants assert that Exhibits I, J, and K pertaining to [Dkt. 103] “contain highly sensitive information concerning thousands of putative class members and other third parties. Specifically, these exhibits consist of native Excel spreadsheets containing extensive personal identifying and financial information, including names, mailing addresses, and account balance information.” Defendants further contend that, due to the size of these Excel spreadsheets, targeted redactions would be insufficient to protect the sensitive information. The Court agrees and finds that Exhibits I, J, and K should be filed under seal. As for Exhibits H pertaining to [Dkt. 103], and C, and K pertaining to [Dkt. 109] the parties agree that these documents may be filed in the public record without redactions. Accordingly, Exhibits I, J, and K pertaining to [Dkt. 103] shall be filed under seal and Exhibits H pertaining to [Dkt. 103], and C, and K pertaining to [Dkt. 109] shall be filed on the public record.
