FINDINGS and RECOMMENDATIONS signed by Magistrate Judge Allison Claire on 7/29/2026 RECOMMENDING that the 30 Motion for Default Judgment be granted, that judgment be entered in favor of plaintiff in the total amount of $125,000 from defendant Mission Foods Corp and $60,000 from defendant Tortillas Mission, and that defendants, their officers, agents, servants, and employees and any persons in active concert or participation with them are permanently restrained and enjoined from infringing upon plaintiff's federally registered trademarks, including but not limited to the Mission Marks, and from unfairly competing with plaintiff. It is FURTHER RECOMMENDED that Defendant Missions Foods Corp and Tortillas Mission LLC transfer the domain names to plaintiff and to deregister its entity registration with the Secretaries of State. Referred to Judge Troy L. Nunley. Objections to these Findings and Recommendations are due within 21 days after being served with these Findings and Recommendations. (Deputy Clerk OML)
