JUDGMENT in favor of HDI Global Specialty SE against Presidia General Contracting, Inc., Waterford Contracting II, LLC - in accordance with the court's oral order entered 3/31/26 and for the reasons set forth more specifically therein, it is ordered that defendant Taft-Ward Investments, LLC motion for summary judgment is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED in accordance with the court's order entered on 7/1/26, and for the reasons set forth more specifically therein, it is ordered that plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED in accordance with the court's order entered 7/1/26, that HDI is entitled to rescission of the HDI Policy Number CAS000329/1900 and HDI Policy Number CAS000329/2000, and such policies are hereby declared void ab initio. It is ordered that no coverage exists for the underlying lawsuit and thus, HDI owes no obligations to Presidia with respect to the underlying lawsuit or the related arbitration proceeding. It is ordered that the rescission of the HDI policies is effective as to Waterford and therefore, HDI owes no obligations to Waterford with respect to the underlying lawsuit or the related arbitration proceeding.
