ORDER DISMISSING PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT AND DIRECTING ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT - On November 26, 2025, the Court dismissed Plaintiff's complaint without prejudice for failure to state a claim, instructing her that if she wanted to proceed with the case, she "must file an amended complaint WITHIN FORTY DAYS.... or this action will be dismissed for good." Dkt. 6 . That deadline has now passed, and Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint. Accordingly, Plaintiff's complaint is now dismissed with prejudice. Final judgment shall now be entered.
