The deadline to complete fact discovery is now July 1, 2026. The Joint ADR Report must be filed no later than July 30, 2026. Expert disclosures are due September 30, 2026. Any dispositive motions must be filed by October 14, 2026. A joint status report (to include proposed trial and pretrial conference dates and all pretrial filing deadlines) is due fourteen (14) days after this Court rules on any dispositive motions.
