The Court's Order Setting Discovery Status Conference required the Parties to file a Joint Discovery Status Report by August 24, 2026, in anticipation of the Discovery Status Conference scheduled for August 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. See ECF No. 14 . To date, the Parties have not filed their Joint Discovery Status Report. Accordingly, the Parties SHALL file the required Joint Discovery Status Report no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2026.
