ORDER (1) GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART DEFENDANTS WARD MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, LLC, THE HOWARD HUGHES CORPORATION, AND VICTORIA WARD, LIMITED'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AS TO PLAINTIFFS' SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT, FILED DECEMBER 9, 2022 (ECF NO. 101); AND (2) GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' ORAL MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE A THIRD AMENDED COMPLAINT re 101 - Signed by JUDGE JILL A.   For the reasons stated above, the Court GRANTS Defendants' motion as to Count 10 only, although Plaintiffs may still seek punitive damages under their remaining claims. Plaintiffs are granted leave to file a Third Amended Complaint in conformity with this Order, and must do so by 5/24/2024. Defendants' motion is therefore DENIED AS MOOT as to Count 11 and otherwise DENIED.
