MEMORANDUM ORDER STRIKING PLAINTIFFS' COMPLAINT AND MOTION FOR JUDICIAL NOTICE AND IMPOSING MONETARY SANCTIONS. For the reasons as set forth herein, the Complaint (ECF No. 1-2) and Motion to Take Judicial Notice (ECF No. 13 ) are hereby STRICKEN. Plaintiffs are given leave to file an amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days of this Order, and Defendants shall file any Response within twenty-one (21) days of the filing of the amended complaint, to which Plaintiffs may Reply within seven (7) days (if the response to the amended complaint is in the form of a Motion). Defendants' pending Partial Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 8 ) is therefore DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to its reassertion following the filing of an amended complaint. Plaintiffs are additionally ORDERED to become registered users of the Court's CM/ECF system prior to the filing of an amended complaint and to file it via that system. Monetary sanctions in the total amount of $206.25 are ORDERED against the Plaintiffs, jointly and severally, payable to the Clerk's Office, United States District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania within twenty-one (21) days of this Order.
