TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Defendant's request to admit R. David Donoghue, Esq., to appear before this Court pro hac vice (Dkt. No. 12 ). The Certification of Mr. Donoghue, however, does not include his admissions to federal courts or the addresses of the official or office maintaining the roll of the members for each bar to which Mr. Ram is admitted as required by Local Civil Rule 101.1(c)(1). No later than September 10, 2026, Defendant shall file a certification supplementing the application for admission pro hac vice with this information, as well as whether Plaintiff consents to Mr. Donoghue's admission.
