Scheduling Order
SCHEDULING ORDER: Upon reviewing Plaintiff's Reply at ECF No. 6 , it is still not clear that Plaintiff has established either federal-question jurisdiction or diversity jurisdiction. In light of counsel's representation that he has been caring for severely ill family, however, the Court grants Plaintiff another three weeks to obtain the requisite information. On or before August 3, 2026, Plaintiff shall file a supplementary response establishing subject matter jurisdiction, either via diversity or federal question or both. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge James M. Wicks on 7/13/2026. (JDF)
