TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the Receiver's July 31, 2026 letter requesting to schedule a settlement conference with several non-parties in an effort to avoid a motion to enforce a settlement. (ECF No. 404 ). The request is denied without prejudice. The Court does not have the authority to order a non-party to appear at a settlement conference, nor can it enforce a settlement against a non-party. If the Receiver wishes to clarify how the Court would possibly have the authority to provide the requested relief, then it may submit further correspondence so explaining.
