ORDER granting 20 Motion for Attorney Fees granting 22 Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement and Certification of Settlement Class. reimbursement of $10,020.34 for reasonable litigation expenses. Because the Court approves the Settlement set forth in the Agreement as fair, reasonable, and adequate, the Court authorizes and directs implementation of all terms and provisions of the Agreement, including the payment of Valid Claims, attorneys' Fee Award and Expenses, and the Settlement Administration costs. Judgment shall be, and hereby is, entered dismissing the Litigation with prejudice, on the merits, and without taxation of costs in favor of or against any Party.
