CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER. On July 8, 2026, the parties emailed a joint status report to the Magistrate Judge's chambers in compliance with the Court's prior order, ECF No. 23. As stated in the status report, Defendant is assessing whether to appeal the June 24, 2026 order granting Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction, and Defendant's deadline to appeal is July 24, 2026. Because Defendant's decision on whether to appeal will impact subsequent deadlines, the Court finds good cause to delay issuance of a scheduling order until after the deadline to appeal has passed.
